Guided Cruises

A minimum of 4 people is required to guarantee the departure of the cruise. If this minimum is not reached, we will contact you to reschedule your booking.

All cruises can be booked online. For last-minute reservations, we recommend calling us to ensure confirmation of departure.

Croisières Orléans reserves the right to cancel a departure due to bad weather conditions or for safety reasons.

At the beginning and end of the season, we recommend bringing a coat and a hat. If needed, your captain can lend you a coat to protect against the wind and spray. Please bring your sunglasses.

For the well-being of children and parents, the minimum recommended age for sailing is 2 years. However, it is still possible for younger children to participate in the cruises.

The engine vibrations and waves can pose a risk to pregnant women and people with back problems. If you are pregnant or think you might be, we recommend avoiding travel on an inflatable boat. For more information, please contact your doctor.

We ask that people with reduced mobility be accompanied by at least one person to assist with boarding and disembarking.

Your captain will be waiting for you at the kiosk located at the dock in Saint-Laurent-de-l’Île-d’Orléans. Please arrive 10 minutes early.

In case of cancellation made more than 8 days before the date of your activity, your booking will be refunded 100%. Between 7 days and 3 days before the date of your activity, 70% of the total amount will be refunded. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 3 days before your activity.

In case of heavy rain, the risk of thunderstorms, or very rough waves, the activity will be rescheduled. The final decision to cancel due to bad weather is the responsibility of the captain or the administration of Croisières Orléans. Under no circumstances can the client cancel and receive a refund if they do not like the weather.
