Croisières Orléans reserves the right to cancel a departure due to bad weather conditions, for security reasons or with not enough participants (minimum 2).

If necessary, your captain can lend you a coat against the wind and rain. Please bring sunglasses and a toque.

For the well-being of children and parents, the recommended minimum age for sailing is 2 years old. But it is still possible for the youngest to take part in the cruises.

Engine vibration and waves can pose a hazard to pregnant women and people with back problems. If you are pregnant or think you might be, we recommend that you avoid sailing on an inflatable boat. For more information, contact your doctor.

We ask people with reduced mobility to be accompanied by at least one person to help them when boarding and disembarking.

Your captain will be waiting for you at the kiosk located at the quay of Saint-Laurent-de-l’île-d’Orléans. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early.

In case of cancellation made more than 30 days before the date of your activity, your reservation will be refunded 100%. Between 29 days and 3 days before the date of your activity, 70% of the total amount will be refunded. No refund for a cancellation less than 3 days before your activity.

In the event of a situation with a lot of rain, risk of thunderstorms or too big waves, the activity will be transferred. The final decision to cancel in case of bad weather is the responsibility of the captain or the administration of Croisières Orléans. Under no circumstances the customer can cancel and have a refund if he does not like the weather.
